We are compatible with component thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 3mm, and provide custom process support for components thinner than 0.5mm or thicker than 3mm. Dual-sided process device height is supported up to 25mm, maximum SMD component size up to 200mm125mm, with custom solutions available for larger SMD components.
