Overview

Intelligent Environmental Controller (IPDM Solution)

The customer, engaged in smart livestock farming, aimed to develop a highly stable intelligent farming control system. The controller needed to support multimodal rail-car functions—including motor drive, audio recording, remote control, and real-time camera transmission—while maintaining reliability in high-humidity and corrosive environments.
We adopted a quad-core A55 processor with Mali-G52 GPU, integrating motor control and H.265 video transmission. High-TG materials, ENIG surface finish, and enhanced conformal coating were applied to improve heat, humidity, and corrosion resistance. SCH isolation design, DFX optimization, and anti-sulfur component selection further reduced assembly defects and environmental impact.
As a result, product failure rates dropped significantly, maintenance costs decreased, and the design passed customer review on the first attempt, enabling accelerated mass production.
