5G Edge Controller (IPD Solution)|Industrial Internet Scenario
In industrial control systems, the customer planned to develop a high-performance edge controller for factory equipment control and monitoring. The product enables real-time transmission and analysis of data from IoT devices, and supports applications such as smart cities and intelligent transportation. It must leverage 5G networks and multiple industrial control interfaces to enhance device connectivity, computing power, and overall adaptability in industrial environments.
We adopted TSN real-time communication technology to achieve deterministic, low-latency, and highly reliable data transmission. Combined with 5G technology, the controller benefits from high bandwidth, low latency, and massive connectivity. The system is powered by the RK3588 processor, featuring an eight-core architecture (four Cortex-A76 + four Cortex-A55) with a maximum clock speed of 2.4 GHz, delivering strong computing performance.
This solution shortened the product development cycle, enabled high-speed and stable data transmission, and improved the production efficiency and quality of industrial control systems.
