In robotics, the customer required a highly integrated and reliable master-control system. AI control boards must achieve high-density interconnection within limited space while managing complex circuits and electromagnetic interference challenges.
We selected S1000H as the base material for its excellent electrical properties, mechanical strength, and heat resistance. The PCB was designed with a 1.6 mm thickness, 6-layer stack-up, and 10 oz copper to ensure sufficient current-carrying capability and stable high-speed signal transmission. Line width and spacing were set to 6 mil to enhance electrical isolation.
With HDI technology meeting the tight layout demands, the solution effectively reduced RF and EMI interference, improving overall signal transmission stability by approximately 35%.
