Product Overview

Rigid-Flex PCB combines thin flexible layers with rigid materials through an orderly multilayer lamination process, forming electrical interconnections via metallized vias. This structure allows the board to be both bendable and foldable while maintaining the necessary mechanical strength. Compared with traditional rigid or flexible PCBs, rigid-flex boards provide strong structural support along with excellent flexibility, enabling true three-dimensional assembly and significantly improving space utilization and design freedom. They are widely used in medical devices and industrial control applications that demand lightweight designs, compact form factors, and high reliability.
