Industrial Robotic Arm (IPM Solution) | Industrial Robot Drive & Control
In the industrial robotics sector, the customer required a control board for a robotic arm, achieving domestic component substitution while maintaining reliability and full functionality. Key challenges included EBOM optimization, PCBA soldering reliability, functional testing setup, and test fixture/process optimization.
We implemented SMT with 0201 minimum package, QFP/BGA with 0.4mm minimum pitch, and mixed double-sided SMT + single-sided THT assembly. Critical components such as LDO chips and complex connectors were replaced with domestic alternatives. EBOM optimization, PCBA soldering simulation, and reliability enhancements were performed, alongside the setup of functional testing environments and optimized test procedures.
As a result, long-lead-time components were successfully domestically sourced, procurement costs were reduced, test interception rates increased, overall product yield improved, and costs associated with defective product repairs were effectively minimized.
