Vascular Surgery Robot (IPM Solution)

The client’s vascular surgery robot required extremely high product reliability, targeting zero manufacturing defects to avoid any solder voids or long-term solder failures. To address these challenges, we implemented 3D-Array inspection for all critical components to ensure consistent and defect-free solder joints. A senior engineering team was assigned to oversee the entire production and quality management process, while all components were sourced directly from original manufacturers or certified distributors to ensure material consistency and reliability. As a result, the product demonstrated stable and reliable performance throughout extended use and successfully passed medical certification, accelerating the client’s product launch.
